Vaccination Clinic at Four Greens

On Monday 13th November 10am-4pm & Monday 4th December 10am-4pm, Four Greens will have a vaccination clinic for Covid and Flu Jabs. For residents in the Honicknowle, Ernesettle and Whitleigh wards.

The eligibility criteria (for the Covid vaccination) is as follows:

• Anyone that is a resident in a care home

• Anyone that is a Health or Social care worker

• Anyone aged over 65 years

• Anyone aged between 12 and 64 years who is a household contact of someone who is immunosuppressed.

• Anyone aged between 16-64 years that is a carer

• Anyone aged 6 months to 64 years that is in a clinical risk group.
